Sea Level
The International Jam House Federation already has a mountain and a foothill. zer0K is the base camp — five nights on Kauaʻi's North Shore.
No tickets. No public ads. Same format as the other houses: community-cooked meals, open jams, a competitive track, and a hard rule — no spectators, only participants. Exact base camp is still being found. Dates are not.

Arrive · Sunset jam
Land at LIH, crawl the one-lane bridges, drop bags. Unplugged sunset jam on the sand. First meal is whoever got there first.
Ocean-lympics I · Poke & Post-Rock
Snorkel scavenger + tide-pool hunt. Dinner pairing: poke and post-rock. Acoustic after dark if the neighbors are in the tent.
Sunrise summit · Night stage
Okolehao at dawn with whoever's awake. One amplified night — hard end time. This is the loud one.
Ocean-lympics II · Loco Moco & Lo-Fi
SUP / outrigger relay, sand mini golf, coconut bocce. Loco moco + lo-fi. Late night if the site allows.
Musubi & Math Rock · Pau hana
Championship playoff. Talent show. Imu night if we earn it. Then pau — we're done being loud.
Breakdown · Beach open mic
Leave it better. Unplugged open mic, swim, fly. No scheduled anything after checkout.

We don't own land here. We're buying buffer distance and neighbor trust — not a vacation-rental party.

Where we swim
Hanalei Bay for relays. Tunnels reef for the scavenger hunt. Reef-safe only.
Ocean-lympics
Glowlympics goes saltwater. Teams of 3. Friday + Saturday heats. Sunday playoff.
Snorkel scavenger
Tunnels reef. Find the flags, don't kick coral, first team back on the sand.
SUP / outrigger relay
Hanalei Bay. Three legs, one board or canoe, no excuses about the current.
Tide-pool treasure
Low-tide hunt. Look, don't take. Photos count as finds.
Night glow swim
LED bracelets, calm water, no lasers. Last team still glowing wins the vibe.
Sunrise summit
Okolehao Trail. First three at the overlook get the seed pick.
Sand mini golf + coconut bocce
Because we still need a putting game and something you can lose a coconut to.

Don't ship the Murphys rig. Salt air will eat it. Three tiers:
Rent the backbone
PA, mixer, kit, amps from an on-island house. Biggest line item. Cost it early.
Fly one instrument
Everyone brings one as checked bag. Diatonic workshop kit is luggage-portable.
Projector, not lasers
Laptop + Resolume + a bright projector. No Class 4 outdoors on year one.
Salt-air care
Rinse, dry, cover at night. Nothing you love sits in the trade wind uncovered.
Food × Music
Community-cooked. Chip in on ingredients. Pairings write themselves at sea level.

Getting There
Hanalei, Kauaʻi
Fly into Līhuʻe (LIH). About an hour to Hanalei — one-lane bridges, no rushing. June is dry-season trades.
Hāʻena State Park needs a reservation if you're going past the end of the road. Exact base camp goes to confirmed attendees only.

Stay
Primary plan is the base-camp buyout. Rentals are for sleeping — not for the party.
Base camp
Bunks and tents on the site we book. This is the move. TBA until the venue letter lands.
Hanalei / Princeville
If you want your own bed: browse rentals. No events at rentals. That's how you get shut down.
